Business Operations / Business Development Specialist (Canggu, Bali)

IBMC is assisting a high-growth International Nutrition & Wellness Portfolio Company. The company owns and operates a diverse portfolio of consumer health and performance nutrition brands across e-commerce, marketplaces, quick commerce, and offline retail. As part of its strategic international expansion, the company is establishing its on-ground commercial footprint in Indonesia.

We are seeking resourceful, field-oriented Business Operations / Business Development Specialists to drive on-ground business operations, vendor sourcing, and distribution outreach across Indonesia. Operating initially from Canggu, Bali, you will serve as the primary commercial engine establishing local vendor networks, building relationships with retail stores and distributors, and supporting sales operations. This role demands high ownership, field mobility across Indonesia, and close collaboration with the overseas leadership team.

Working Location & Setup

• Location: Canggu, Bali, Indonesia (On-site / Field-based, operating initially out of a co-working space).
• Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time (Minimum 2-year commitment preferred).
