Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition professional with strong recruitment agency or outsourcing experience, specializing in blue-collar and technical recruitment. In this fast-paced, high-volume role, you will take direct ownership of candidate sourcing, screening, and placement for skilled trade roles across various client sites. You will drive high-speed hiring operations for hands-on, field-based positions without relying on reactive applicants, ensuring seamless client delivery and operational backup support at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Blue-Collar Recruitment: Drive full-cycle hiring (intake briefing, field/database sourcing, technical screening, interview scheduling, offer management, and site onboarding).
- Technical Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Actively build talent pools for technical trades (Electricians, Mechanical Technicians, Site Engineers, Maintenance Supervisors, Welders, and Operations staff).
- Client-Facing Operations: Communicate directly with external stakeholders to align on technical job specifications, candidate updates, and fast delivery timelines.
- High-Volume & Rapid Turnaround: Simultaneously manage 8–15+ open technical requisitions under tight deadlines while maintaining strict candidate qualification standards.
