Head of HR Enablement & Operations
Ibotta is seeking a Head of HR Enablement & Operations to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding.This individual is a proven people leader who excels at automating business processes, driving operational efficiency, managing data, administering systems, making strategic decisions, and collaborating and communicating across departments. This role will lead our human resources technology strategy, including our workday instance and integrations, and our benefits and payroll operations teams.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing:
Lead Ibotta’s People Operations Functions, inclusive of Workday Administration, Benefits Operations, and Payroll Operations
Coach, mentor, and develop a team of people operations professionals
Guide and manage the HR automation strategy, inclusive of our Workday system, HR tech stack, and other integrations across enterprise systems
Manage our vendor relationships with HR technology tools and other HR operations partners; optimizing for compet
