Junior IT Support Engineer

What you will do – and learn
- Be the go-to person for your colleagues: solve everyday IT issues (Windows, hardware, accounts, printers, connectivity) remotely and on-site, starting at 1st level and taking on 2nd-level cases as your skills grow.
- Take part in a large Windows 11 rollout: help deploy and set up hundreds of new devices across the organization – hands-on project experience most junior roles never offer.
- Manage users and devices: on/off-board employees in Active Directory and Microsoft 365, maintain secur
