Job Description
  • Job Title: QA Compliance/UK Healthcare Compliance Auditor
  • Location: Gurugram, IN
  • Working Days: Mon-Fri, 12:30PM – 9:30PM IST

Job Summary: 

The QA Auditor supports Quality Improvement, compliance, and audit performance by reviewing hiring practices, pre-employment checks, and onboarding processes to ensure they meet all regulatory, legal, and framework requirements.

Relevant Experience:

  • At least 2 years’ experience within Quality Assurance working for UK Healthcare Framework standards
  • Experience of performing self-inspections or audits
  • Experience of working within a Quality Management System
  • Experience working on activities associated with candidate onboarding regulations
  • Experience of supporting activities relating to audits and/or regulatory inspections.

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with NHS, and external contractual standards and other relevant regulatory requirements and company Standard
  • Assist with audits and contractual quality assurance requirements. Plan, conduct and review audits across the divisions
  • Conduct the QA review, of candidate files identifying trends and supporting the implementation of effective corrective actions.
  • Maintain governance documentation, risk registers and quality assurance records and develop, implement and oversee the annual Internal audit program.
  • Analyze audit findings to identify trends, risks and opportunities for service improvement.
  • Produce comprehensive audit reports, action plans and updates. Monitor progress against agreed actions and coordinate re-audits to ensure improvements have been sustained.
  • Present audit findings and quality reports to the Group and Clinical Governance meetings.
  • Champion a culture of continuous quality improvement across the divisions
  • Work collaboratively with the registration and maintenance teams to improve standards and audit outcomes.
  • Use audit data and performance metrics to drive evidence-based improvements.
  • Promote learning from audits, incidents, complaints and feedback.
  • Provide expert advice on compliance and best practice
  • Support updates to regulatory agency registrations as applicable.
  • Support tracking of site compliance commitments and follow up actions.
  • Working with the wider site functions to drive down out of compliance events and implement quality improvements
  • Lead Quality Review meetings highlighting areas of concern and development and working to support and track actions that are to be taken.
  • Support effective pre-audit preparation and post audit follow up of audits and regulatory inspections.
  • Escalate any significant breach of quality or regulatory compliance to Management.
  • Maintain productive working relationships between divisions and stakeholders.
