Product Change Manager

Job Description

ICON is seeking a rigorous and cross-functionally minded Product Change Manager to own the end-to-end change control process for the Titan print system and associated hardware products. As ICON scales deployments and continuously improves its technology, this role is critical to ensuring that product changes — spanning mechanical, electrical, software, and materials — are evaluated, approved, communicated, and implemented with full traceability and minimal disruption to field operations.

You will serve as the central orchestrator of ICON's Engineering Change Order (ECO) process, working across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Field Operations, and Quality to ensure changes are governed rigorously and executed cleanly from introduction through production. This position is based at ICON's Austin, TX campus and reports to the Manager, Manufacturing Engineering. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and administer ICON's Engineering Change Order (ECO) process end-to-end, from change request submission through approval, implementation, and closure.
  • Define and maintain change control policies, workflows, and documentation standards; continuously improve the process to support ICON's pace of product development and field deployment.
  • Facilitate the Change Control Board (CCB), coordinating
