Paid Media Associate

ILIA is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Paid Media Associate with a strong analytical mindset and a creative eye for performance ads. This role will partner closely with internal teams and external agency partners to ensure seamless campaign execution, strong cross-functional alignment, and continuous performance improvement across channels. You will play a critical role in bringing strategy to life, owning executional workflows, supporting testing initiatives, and ensuring campaigns, creative, and landing experiences are delivered with precision and speed.

This is a hybrid position open to candidates based in Los Angeles or Orange County, CA.
