Certificate Technician

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

• Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values

• Is comfortable working in a structured, learning‑focused environment with guidance, coaching, and regular feedback as skills are developed
• Learns how to process certificates of insurance by supporting IMA clients and service teams with certificate requests, rejected certificates, and endorsement questions
• Is trained to review basic contract and certificate requirements to identify coverage needs and compliance, escalating questions as needed
• Gradually builds the skills to process certificates with increasing independence over time
