Our Executive Risk Solutions (ERS) practice group is a world-class team of 30+ professionals focused on providing thoughtful advice, a unique legal perspective, a broad range of executive risk insurance solutions, and excellent service to our valued clients.  ERS professionals have deep experience handling complex executive risk exposures for a variety of clients – from pre-IPO start-ups to multibillion-dollar Fortune 150 corporations.

What You’ll Do:

We are currently looking to add a position within our Executive Risk Solutions practice group.  Primary responsibilities will include the following:

• Interface with internal distribution channels (i.e., production and other client-facing staff) to educate them on management liability products and assist with opportunities in the space.
• Market new and renewal business for publicly-traded and other companies with complex risk profiles, including:
  • Analysis and interpretation of client financial statements and insurance contracts.
  • Identify areas for improvement within insurance programs and develop strategies for implementing any changes.
  • Communicate with insurance markets and effectively use negotiation skills to secure favorable program terms.
