Senior HRIS Analyst

IMA is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources team. This role will serve as a key technical resource responsible for the administration, optimization, and support of enterprise HR technology platforms. The ideal candidate will bring deep HRIS expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for solving complex business challenges through technology.

This position will play a critical role in supporting our current HR systems while helping to guide IMA through strategic transitions over the coming years. The successful candidate will take ownership of system configuration, reporting, security, testing, troubleshooting, integrations, and ongoing system improvements. 

What You'll Do

• Administer and maintain enterprise HR systems and related processes.
• Configure and support HCM functionality, business processes, security roles, workflows, and reporting.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to identify and implement system improvements.
• Develop, validate, and maintain reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and data integrations.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and perform root-cause analysis to resolve problems effectively.
