Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Personal Lines professional to join our growing team. In the Inside Sales role, you will have ownership of all inbound new business opportunities for the Personal Lines department. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Personal Lines & High Net Worth clientele, takes pride in finding solutions, is organized, can handle multiple leads and opportunities at one time, and strives to be the reason a client trusts this agency with their insurance needs.
Your key responsibilities may include:
- Working inbound leads through the sales process, from intake call through binding their business
- Working referrals from existing clients and other producers
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Following up consistently and professionally with prospects
- Analyzing customer needs and recommend appropriate products
