Bilingual HR Associate

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our team. The HR Associate will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks.

Schedule requires on-site presence.

Pay Range: $33/hr. - $40 /hr.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, evaluating hiring recommendations 

• On/Off boarding: Facilitate with new hire orientation and exit interviews.

• Employee Relations: Build trust among employees and promote company core values.  Address employee inquiries, conflicts and company polices compliances in a bilingual capacity. 

• Documentation: Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy. 
• Process payroll and benefit enrolment. 

• Employee Training and development.
• Lead some HR projects and initiatives as needed.
