Team Overview:
Senior Human Resources Operations Specialist leads day-to-day operations of HR process including onboarding, offboarding, leave of absence, benefits administration, and employee records management. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Total Rewards, the Senior Human Resources Specialist partners with HR and Recruiting team members, cross-functionally with Finance, Payroll, IT, Facilities and Legal, as well as externally with benefit and system vendors to ensure seamless execution of HR processes.
