Graduate Management Consultant within Digital
Job Description
Are you ready to start your career in management consulting? At Implement Consulting Group, we’re looking for motivated and skilled graduates to join our Digital teams from August/September 2027 or beginning of 2028.
What you’ll do
As a graduate in our Digital business area, you’ll work across a variety of topics, industries, and client challenges. Our projects range from large-scale transformation programmes and digital strategies to ERP implementations, IT and business transformations, data governance, public sector modernisation, and organisational change. While the challenges vary, they all centre around helping organisations realise the value of technology and successfully navigate change.
Within the Digital teams, we work with functional areas such as:
- Digital strategy and transformation
- Technology-enabled business transformation
- ERP and enterprise platforms
- Security and resilience
- Operations improvement and digital enablement
- Data governance and analytics
- Public sector transformation
- Governance, adoption, and change
In whichever of these areas you join, you'll engage in the core work of a management consultant: conducting analyses, developing business cases, facilitating workshops, and helping clients design and implement solutions that create measurable impact.
You’ll join one of our Digital teams and contribute to projects that shape how organisations work, adapt, and grow in an increasingly digital world.
What you’ll bring
We're looking for talented individuals currently pursuing (or already holding) a relevant master's degree, with analytical capabilities and a genuine interest in solving complex business challenges.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, communicate clearly and effectively, and enjoy taking ownership and responsibility from day one. Most importantly, you’re curious and motivated to learn and develop as a consultant while creating meaningful impact for clients.
What we offer
At Implement, a healthy, dynamic, and collaborative environment always comes first. Here, you'll become part of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial Scandinavian consultancy driven by making a real impact for our clients, while fostering a space where you can grow, lead, and innovate.
From day one, you'll be involved in client projects and work closely with experienced consultants who will help you take your strategic understanding and methodical skills to the next level.
We highly value your professional and personal development and have an ambitious internal training programme filled with keynotes and workshops to support it. We work with a high degree of freedom and support each other in our efforts to continually improve and help our clients achieve exceptional results.
Apply now
The application deadline is 15 October 2026, and interviews are expected to take place throughout November. Please note that application feedback may not be provided until 1 November.
To apply, please upload your CV, motivational letter, and transcripts from both your bachelor's and master's degree programmes.
If you have a particular passion or interest for one or more of the functional areas mentioned above, feel free to highlight this in your CV and motivational letter. It's optional, not a requirement, and it's just as fine to keep your options open.
