Graduate Management Consultant within Finance & Economics

Job Description

Are you ready to start your career in management consulting? At Implement Consulting Group, we’re looking for motivated and skilled graduates to join our Finance & Economics teams from August/September 2027 or beginning of 2028.

What you’ll do

As a graduate in our Finance & Economics business area, you’ll work across finance, risk, and economic policy. Some projects centre on CFO advisory and finance transformation, others on risk and compliance, or economic and regulatory analysis for both private and public sector clients. What ties them together is turning complex financial and economic questions into decisions organisations can act on.

Within our Finance & Economics teams, we work with functional areas such as:

• CFO advisory
• Finance transformation and process optimisation
• Risk, governance, and compliance
• Economic analysis and policy advisory
• Competition, trade, and regulatory economics

In whichever of these areas you join, you'll engage in the core work of a management consultant: conducting analyses, developing business cases, facilitating workshops, and helping clients design and implement solutions that create measurable impact.

You will join one of our Finance & Economics teams and contribute to projects that shape how organisations work, adapt, and grow in an increasingly complex financial, regulatory, and economic environment.

What you’ll bring

We're looking for talented individuals currently pursuing (or already holding) a relevant master's degree, with analytical capabilities and a genuine interest in solving complex business challenges.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, communicate clearly and effectively, and enjoy taking ownership and responsibility from day one. Most importantly, you are curious and motivated to develop as a consultant while creating meaningful impact for clients.
