Graduate Management Consultant within Operations
Job Description
Are you ready to start your career in management consulting? At Implement Consulting Group, we’re looking for motivated and skilled graduates to join our Operations teams from August/September 2027 or beginning of 2028.
What you’ll do
As a graduate in our Operations business area, you’ll work across a wide range of operational challenges, including business transformation, operations strategy, process design, supply chain strategy, and digital enablement. Some projects focus on defining how organisations should operate in the future, while others centre on improving or redesigning day to day operations. What ties them together is turning complex operational challenges into practical, lasting change.
Within the Operations teams, we work with functional areas such as:
- Business transformation and operating model design
- Process improvement and operational excellence
- Supply chain strategy and management
- Digital supply chain transformations
- Automation, AI, and digital process enablement
In whichever of these areas you join, you'll engage in the core work of a management consultant: conducting analyses, developing business cases, facilitating workshops, and helping clients design and implement solutions that create measurable impact.
You’ll join one of our Operations teams and contribute to projects that shape how organisations work, adapt, and grow in an increasingly complex operational landscape.
What you’ll bring
We're looking for talented individuals currently pursuing (or already holding) a relevant master's degree, with analytical capabilities and a genuine interest in solving complex business challenges.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, communicate clearly and effectively, and enjoy taking ownership and responsibility from day one. Most importantly, you’re curious and motivated to develop as a consultant while creating meaningful impact for clients.
