Graduate Management Consultant within People & Leadership Development
Job Description
Are you ready to start your career in management consulting? At Implement Consulting Group, we’re looking for motivated and skilled graduates to join our People & Leadership Development teams from August/September 2027 or beginning of 2028.
What you’ll do
As a graduate in our People & Leadership Development business area, you’ll work across leadership, culture, and organisational design. Some projects centre on developing leaders and teams through facilitation and assessment, others on redesigning how people strategy, HR processes, and technology support the organisations of the future. What ties them together is helping organisations build the people capabilities they need to thrive.
Within the People & Leadership Development teams, we work with functional areas such as:
- Leadership development and facilitation
- Organisational culture and team effectiveness
- Organisational design and operating models
- Change management
- People strategy and workforce planning
- HR process optimisation and employee experience
- Capability and competency development
- HR technology and digitalisation
In whichever of these areas you join, you'll engage in the core work of a management consultant: conducting analyses, developing business cases, facilitating workshops, and helping clients design and implement solutions that create measurable impact.
You’ll join one of our People & Leadership Development teams and contribute to projects that shape how organisations work, adapt, and grow by putting people at the centre of change.
What you’ll bring
We're looking for talented individuals currently pursuing (or already holding) a relevant master's degree, with analytical capabilities and a genuine interest in solving complex business challenges.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, communicate clearly and effectively, and enjoy taking ownership and responsibility from day one. Most importantly, you’re curious and motivated to develop as a consultant while creating meaningful impact for clients.
