Graduate Management Consultant within Strategy & Commercial
Job Description
Are you ready to start your career in management consulting? At Implement Consulting Group, we’re looking for motivated and skilled graduates to join our Strategy & Commercial teams from August/September 2027 or beginning of 2028.
What you’ll do
As a graduate in our Strategy & Commercial business area, you'll work across a wide range of topics, industries, and client challenges. Some projects centre on corporate strategy and M&A, others on commercial transformation or large-scale execution programmes. What they have in common is the goal: helping organisations figure out where to compete, how to win, and how to turn ambition into results.
Within the Strategy & Commercial teams, we work with functional areas such as:
- Corporate and business strategy
- M&A and value creation
- Sales and marketing effectiveness
- Growth, pricing, and go-to-market strategy
- Strategic execution and transformation
- Project and programme management
In whichever of these areas you join, you'll engage in the core work of a management consultant: conducting analyses, developing business cases, facilitating workshops, and helping clients design and implement solutions that create measurable impact.
You’ll join one of our Strategy & Commercial teams and contribute to projects that shape how organisations transform in an increasingly complex business environment. Which team you’ll join will depend on and reflect your interests and professional experience.
What you’ll bring
We're looking for talented individuals currently pursuing (or already holding) a relevant master's degree, with analytical capabilities and a genuine interest in solving complex business challenges.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, communicate clearly and effectively, and enjoy taking ownership and responsibility from day one. Most importantly, you’re curious and motivated to develop as a consultant while creating meaningful impact for our clients.
