NDIS Service Operations Coordinator

MiddleOn-site (Adelaide)Salary undisclosed
Job Description

Are you ready to join Australia’s newest service provider that puts both participants and staff first?

Be part of the Incluso service journey, where we aim to become Australia’s leading service provider in accommodation, respite, and support services.

At Incluso Services we are focused on “Building the World that we Want” and as such, ensuring that people with a disability are well cared for and can access high quality community engagement services. Our mission is to help people with a disability and their families to be more independent and have greater choice and control over their quality of life.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced disability services professional with a background in rostering, service coordination and operational administration, alongside hands-on disability support experience.

Working closely with Team Leaders and Operations Management, you will coordinate staffing, maintain service agreements and compliance records, and support efficient day-to-day operations with minimal supervision.

While primarily operations-focused, the role also involves up to eight hours of direct participant support per week, requiring initiative, sound judgement and a commitment to quality, person-centred care.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate participant services, service agreements and new participant commencements.
  • Manage daily rostering, shift changes, cancellations and replacement coverage to maintain continuity of supports.
  • Maintain accurate participant, workforce, timesheet and operational records.
  • Support compliance activities, incident follow-ups, worker onboarding, training and documentation requirements.
  • Respond to operational enquiries and escalate complex matters or service risks to Team Leaders.
  • Prepare operational reports, trackers and service delivery updates.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and service efficiency.
  • Deliver up to eight hours of direct participant support per week, providing safe, person-centred care aligned with participant goals and support plans.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in NDIS administration, service coordination, rostering or workforce scheduling.
  • Practical experience delivering disability support services, ideally with participants with diverse or complex needs.
  • Understanding of NDIS service agreements, support plans, safeguarding, compliance and documentation requirements.
  • Knowledge of SCHADS Award rostering principles, or a willingness to learn.
  • Strong organisational skills, initiative and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and workforce or participant management systems.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with participants, families, Support Workers and operational leaders.
  • Sound judgement and the ability to identify and escalate risks appropriately.
  • Willingness to balance operational responsibilities with hands-on participant support.

Essential Requirements

  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or ability to obtain one before commencement.
  • Current Working with Children Check, where required.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Current Australian driver’s licence.
  • Appropriate working rights in Australia.

Benefits

What we offer:

  • We offer an Employee Assistance Program for support and because time out is so important.
  • We offer a wealth of training and development opportunities to help you enhance your skills and achieve your career goals, including a diverse range of courses, certifications, and personalised coaching.
  • We offer flexible work arrangements, with both casual and part-time options to support your work-life balance.
