💼 This is an in-office role, five days per week with the option to work from home on Thursdays and we are based out of Indeed's Domain office in Austin.
The Role
This is a highly executional role. You'll own campaigns, content, and product marketing support end-to-end — moving fast, producing high-quality output, and iterating constantly. AI tooling is your primary operating layer, not a productivity bonus. You'll sit at the centre of the marketing function, partnering with Revenue to keep pipeline moving and ensure nothing stalls.
What you’ll be doing
Campaigns — Plan and execute across paid (LinkedIn, Google, Meta), email, and organic from brief to live to optimisation. Use AI to accelerate copy variants, targeting logic, and performance iteration. Read results fast and make calls on what to scale and what to cut. Use AI to generate quick stakeholder reporting and performance insights across active campaigns.
Content & Assets — Produce across formats — long-form, social, email sequences, landing pages, and sales enablement assets — at volume and to a high standard. Use AI to draft, design, and iterate, with the editorial judgment to know when output is ready and when it isn't. Build prompt libraries and asset workflows the wider team can use.
Product Marketing Support — Produce positioning docs, battlecards, and enablement assets using AI research pipelines. Translate product and competitive intelligence into messaging that lands with buyers.
What you'll need
- 4+ years in B2B marketing with hands-on ownership across campaigns and content
- Daily, embedded use of AI tools in a professional context — this should already be how you work
- Grit and a genuine bias for speed. You lean in when things get hard, ship without waiting for perfect conditions, and have a track record to prove it
- Highly executional, able to go from strategy to delivery without a large team behind you
- Strong editorial judgment and analytical instincts in equal measure
- Fluency with CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot, Salesforce, Braze, or similar)
- Works autonomously and doesn't need a brief to write itself
Nice-to-Haves
- No-code automation experience (Zapier, Make.com)
- Experience with data enrichment tools (Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo)
- Hands-on experience with Claude, Cursor, or similar AI coding/research environments
- Experience using AI design tools (Midjourney, Canva AI, Lovable, or similar)
What you’ll get
- $95,000 to $115,000 annual salary

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
Full-Time Position. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
This position requires minimal travel, less than 25% of the time. Most travel is outside of the local area and will require overnight accommodations.
All travel is subject to the Indeed Flex travel policy and will be recompensed per the policy. It is the responsibility of the employee to understand and abide by the Indeed Flex Travel Policy in order to receive appropriate expense reimbursements.
