IT Support Specialist

Please note that this role is based onsite at our Amsterdam office. Therefore, we will only consider candidates who are able to work from the office accordingly.

INDG builds visual production systems for global brands. Our work sits between CGI, 3D production, automation, and enterprise content operations. The systems behind that work need to be reliable every day: accounts must be correct, workstations must run, storage must be reachable, networks must behave, and creative teams must be able to render, review, edit, and ship without friction.

This role exists to own that day-to-day technical reality. You will support colleagues across Amsterdam, Romania, remote teams, and third-party partners, while helping modernise how IT operates across a hybrid on-premise and cloud-based environment.

You will work closely with our IT Manager in the Netherlands and our IT Manager in Romania. The team is lean, so this is not a narrow ticket-routing role. You will troubleshoot independently, make practical technical decisions, improve support
