Senior Product Designer I
Job Description
The Senior Product Designer I is part of a highly visible agile product development team, owning the design lifecycle for a defined product area of the Ignition platform. Partnering with product management and engineering, they translate defined problems into well-specified design solutions and carry them through production. This role operates with some autonomy and is expected to lead reviews, resolve blockers, work collaboratively and escalate issues as-needed. This is a full-time role with remote, hybrid, and onsite opportunities available.
Responsibilities
Owning the design lifecycle for your product area: research, grooming, validation, and iteration
Independently producing and communicating high-quality, production-ready work with strong autonomy, without sacrificing quality or delivery speed
Consistently considering the holistic user experience and all potential states (errors, successes, dead-ends)
Applying Inductive Automation's design systems, identifying gaps, and proposing additions or improvements
Contributing to medium-to-large features that cross team or department bou
