PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The purpose of the Field Service Site Operations Representative is to support the successful
execution of field operations by coordinating site activities, maintaining operational readiness,
tracking progress against project needs, and helping ensure labor, materials, documentation,
and resources are aligned to support safe, efficient, and timely service delivery. This role serves
as a key operational support resource to field leadership by helping identify and communicate
site needs, escalate issues that may impact execution, and promote a high standard of
customer service, accountability, and compliance throughout the duration of each project.
