Position Overview
The Senior Capital Project Manager reports to the Director, Real Estate and Construction, and is responsible for developing, managing, and administering capital projects from early programming to completion and close-out for the Facilities & Workplace (F&W) Department.
This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. In addition, this role will support the Director of Real Estate and Construction in the development of capital governance structure, systems and processes and manage the capital portfolio.&nbs
