Abut the Role
Infopro Learning is looking for a Program Manager to own the overall health of one of our largest client engagements. This is a dual-facing role: you'll be the single point of truth on what's been promised, what's been delivered, and what's still open, giving both our leadership and the client's leadership a clear, honest read on how the engagement is really going.
You'll sit between Infopro Learning's delivery teams and the client's own leadership while their internal organization goes through a major restructuring. Your job is to keep every commitment visible, keep the operating model on track, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks between two organizations working side by side.
What You'll Do
Maintain a single, consolidated tracker of every action, decision, and commitment across the engagement, and chase them to closure against named owners and due dates
Give Infopro and client leadership a weekly view of what's open, what's overdue, and what's at risk
