As our Social Content Experimenter, you're the one testing what actually works. You create, post, dissect and iterate on Inner Circle social content — fast, constantly, on your own judgment. Every hook you kill or scale sharpens the whole team's content game. Part instinct, part data, all speed. You'll report to our Creative Studio Manager. 

What you'll do:

Run a high-paced experimentation flow that tests 5–10 hooks/formats per week

• Try new angles, formats and narratives every week

• Give the Content Team fast, clear performance insights

• Scale winners into repeatable formats, kill losers fast

Create content built for testing, not just publishing (20% static, 80% video)

• Produce on-brand design and video sized for quic
