1111 -Manager - Data Ops Engineer

The Role

The Data Ops Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of data integration, analytics support, and operational excellence across multiple healthcare clients, with a strong focus on value-based care models.

The manager will lead cross-functional collaboration with product, infrastructure, and database teams, ensuring seamless operations, adherence to SLAs, high data quality, and enhanced customer satisfaction. They will also be expected to provide thought leadership in identifying automation opportunities, optimizing cloud costs, and enabling actionable data insights to support customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

● Deliver insights to support value-based care decision-making.

● Own end-to-end customer delivery including BAU, upgrades, migrations, and issue resolution.

● Drive automation and optimize cloud resource usage and costs.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SLA-compliant, high-quality outputs.

● Lead project planning, resource allocation, and manage escalations.

● Track performance using OKRs and ensure continuous service improvement.

● Manage customer portfolio with a focus on CSAT.

● Provide team leadership, mentoring, and foster a culture of learning and accountability.
