About the Role
We are looking for an entrepreneurial product leader as an Director Product (AI Platform) who can chart out and drive product strategy to scale out our abilities to reach and serve millions of users for Gravity platform. You’ll build core data systems, This is a career-defining opportunity to lead & grow the product team responsible for our core platform. A Day in the Life

• Own the AI product roadmap for Gravity's Intelligence layer with Search, Agents, Orchestration, Explainability, from backlog to GA, not just strategy docs for Healthcare Tech business
• Be customer obsessed: embed with health system customers to understand where AI breaks down in production and bring those insights directly back into the roadmap
• Drive pilots from science project to production, take messy, early-stage deployments and make them look and feel like enterprise-grade products
• Partner with engineering to ship with velocity, use AI-assisted development practices, hold the team to quality and speed standards, and unblock bottlenecks fast
• Define and enforce AI quality standards: confidence scoring, hallucination thresholds, audit trails, and explainability;
