Senior Associate Compliance & Privacy
About Your Role
Innovaccer is seeking a Senior Compliance & Privacy Specialist to support its global healthcare technology operations from India. This role will help manage Innovaccer’s compliance and privacy programs across the United States, India, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and other markets in which Innovaccer operates. The successful candidate will combine strong privacy expertise with practical compliance program experience. The role requires an understanding of the intersection among technology, data, healthcare law, and the use of AI and machine learning to process Protected Health Information and other sensitive data. The specialist will translate legal and regulatory requirements into workable controls, support privacy-by-design, conduct assessments and investigations, and help the business manage risk while developing and deploying healthcare AI, cloud, analytics, and data-platform solutions.
A Day in the Life
- Support and Operationalize Global Compliance Programs: Implement assigned elements of the annual compliance plan, drafting and updating policies, procedures, playbooks, and controls for handling Protected Health Information (PHI) and personal data.
- Drive Privacy Operations & Privacy-by-Design: Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Security teams to conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs/DPIAs) and embed privacy controls into AI/ML models
