Junior Sales Executive

Job Summary

InnovationTeam is looking for a motivated Saudi National at the beginning of their career to join the Sales & Business Development team. The role is designed as a development opportunity for a fresh or early-career professional who will be trained on InnovationTeam’s sales process, technology portfolio, CRM practices, proposal preparation and customer coordination.

The primary focus of the role is sales process coordination and structured support to the sales team, including CRM reporting, meeting documentation, presentations, proposals, follow-ups and internal coordination. Over time, the employee will gain exposure to enterprise technology sales across AI, Cloud, Digital Transformation, Enterprise Applications, API & Integration and other InnovationTeam solutions.

·         Support the day-to-day coordination of sales opportunities and activities under the guidance of senior Sales and Business Development team members.

·         Update and maintain CRM records, customer information, opportunity stages, follow-up dates, sales activities and pipeline data accurately and on time.
