In your first month, you'll explore...

• Get familiar with our Criminal Justice portfolio, technical architecture, and existing solution roadmaps.
• Understand the Solution Manager's vision and how the Criminal Justice Cluster strategy translates into concrete deliverables.
• Build relationships with engineering, platform, R&D, presales, sales, marketing, and professional services teams.
• Shadow backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and roadmap planning sessions to learn how priorities are set and executed.
• Meet with presales, sales and project managers to understand the current pipeline, customer pain points, and recurring solution gaps.

As you settle into the role, you'll start contributing by...

• Translating the roadmap into actionable epics by defining scope and acceptance criteria with close cooperation with engineering and platform teams.
• Writing and maintaining clear, testable project requirements that bridge customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Owning the day-to-day execution: backlog grooming, prioritization, dependency tracking, and removing blockers.
