Junior Back Office Manager (mixed shifts)

The role is office based and is to cover both the night shifts or day shifts with a three days on and three days off working rotation.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver bespoke concierge and travel services, from fine dining and event bookings to luxury travel arrangements (flights, hotels, villas, yachts, private jets, and beyond).

• Anticipate and fulfill client requests with discretion, efficiency, and creativity, from everyday needs to once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

• Manage and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and requests, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.

• Build and maintain relationships with international partners and suppliers, negotiating the best terms for our clients.

• Provide insightful recommendations and tailored solutions through thorough research and industry expertise.

• Maintain accurate records in CRM and contribute to team knowledge sharing, training, and cross-functional support.

• Uphold Insignia’s premium service standards in a fast-paced, structured environment.

• 1+ years of experience in lifestyle management, concierge, travel, luxury or VIP sales sector, personal/family lifestyle coordination, secretary assistance
