Your mission

As Head of Group Accounting & Finance Transformation, your mission is to build and continuously evolve the financial backbone of our company, scaling our finance organisation as the business grows in revenue, geographic reach and operational complexity.

You will take ownership of our core accounting and finance operations, ensuring robust financial processes, regulatory compliance and the integrity and reliability of our financial data. At the same time, you will build the structures, standards and systems needed to support a fast-growing international organisation.

But this role goes well beyond leading a traditional accounting function. We are looking for someone who is genuinely excited about automation, AI-driven finance transformation
