The AI-First HR Operations Lead will build and scale the operational backbone of an AI-driven HR function. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities where AI can save time, create efficiency, and drive innovation across the HR organization. This includes designing and deploying custom AI tools and agents, building analytical dashboards, and managing people analytics — all while working directly with HR leaders to spot inefficiencies and deliver rapid, actionable solutions that make a measurable difference.
What You Will Do
Find the inefficiencies. Join HR teams, audit workflows, and identify processes where AI can cut time or improve decisions. Build data-driven cases for what to automate or improve.
