About The Role: We are seeking a hands-on, highly motivated Product Developer to manage the end-to-end development of high-performance liquid haircare formulas (shampoos, conditioners, treatments, serums, oils, and styling liquids) for Integra Beauty’s brand portfolio. This role is responsible for translating consumer insights, ingredient trends, and consumer performance needs into market-leading SKUs within our fast-paced Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) beauty environment. The ideal candidate brings deep technical familiarity with haircare chemistry and compliance, a proven track record of managing the full Product Development (PD) lifecycle, and extensive experience partnering with contract manufacturers (CMOs) to build breakthrough formulas.
