In this role, you will be responsible for the installation of various automotive electronics, including telematics devices, dash cameras, and GPS systems, ensuring they function seamlessly within the vehicle environment. Your expertise will help enhance our customers’ experiences. - $500 sign on bonus
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality installations of telematics devices and other automotive electronics in customer vehicles at their places of business, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct thorough testing and diagnostics post-installation to verify functionality and resolve any issues promptly.
- Provide exceptional on-site support to customers during installations, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the process.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to manage installation schedules and optimize travel routes to minimize downtime for customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
- Document installation processes and report troubleshooting findings accurately in the company systems.
