Description

Are you passionate about using the power of communication data to build intelligent, intuitive AI experiences? Do you thrive on owning a product area – from discovering what customers need to shipping it with your engineering team? If so, Intermedia’s AI & Data Product Management team is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to help deliver the next generation of AI-powered capabilities across our UCaaS and CCaaS products.

This is a role for a product manager ready to own a slice of the roadmap end to end – more ownership and customer-facing discovery than a product owner, working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering and UX to turn ideas into products customers love.

About Intermedia
Intermedia is a leading provider of cloud-based communication and collaboration solutions, empowering over 140,000 businesses and 7,500 partners with UCaaS, CCaaS, and productivity tools. We’re committed to delivering secure, easy-to-use solutions, backed by industry-leading reliability and support. Our AI & Data team is at the forefront of innovation, leveraging the wealth of communication data generated across our platforms to develop intelligent tools and insights that drive customer success. We believe in a collaborative, hands-on approach where every team member contributes their unique skills to create products that truly make a difference. We are a roll-up-your-sleeves-and-get-into-the-details product management team where, irrespective of your position, you can contribute your skills and energies to help improve our products.

About the Role
As a Product Manager on the AI & Data team, you will own a product area within our AI portfolio, defining what to build and why, and partnering directly with engineering to deliver it. You will run discovery with customers and stakeholders, shape a prioritized roadmap for your area, write clear requirements, and see features through from concept to launch. You will use metrics and customer feedback to understand how your product is performing and where to invest next.

Your focus will be on AI-driven experiences, requiring strong analytical skills, a good sense for UI/UX and usability, and excellent communication. You will work with globally distributed teams, making effective asynchronous communication essential. This is a mid-level role ideal for someone who combines ownership and product judgment with strong, detail-oriented delivery.

You’ll help shape the strategy and roadmap for your product area and own how it gets delivered — the broader, longer-term vision for the area is set in partnership with the Senior Product Manager or team lead.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities
•        Own the roadmap for a defined product area, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical realities.

•        Run discovery with customers, stakeholders, and data to identify problems worth solving and validate solutions.

•        Translate opportunities into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and partner with engineering to deliver them.

•        Work closely with UI/UX to shape intuitive, high-quality experiences, coordinating prototypes and design assets.

•        Prioritize and maintain a healthy backlog and participate actively in Agile ceremonies.

•        Track product performance through metrics, customer satisfaction, and usability feedback, and act on what you learn.

•        Stay aware of competitive and market dynamics in your area and feed that insight into planning.

•        Communicate progress, risks, and timelines to stakeholders, setting and managing expectations proactively.

•        Collaborate with other product managers to align priorities and ensure a coherent product experience.

Requirements

•        Strong product sense for AI-powered features — you can reason about what LLMs and AI agents can and can’t do, and translate that into sound product decisions.

•        3+ years of product management experience delivering software products, ideally in a SaaS environment.

•        Demonstrated ownership of a product area or feature set from discovery through launch.

•        Strong analytical mindset, comfortable using data and customer feedback to make decisions.

•        Good sense for UI/UX and usability, with the ability to partner effectively with design.

•        Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to align engineering, design, and stakeholders.

•        Experience working with Scrum or other Agile frameworks alongside engineering teams.

•        Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving ability.

•        Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.

•        Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency, with strong asynchronous communication skills.

Would Be a Plus

•        Experience building customer-facing AI or data-driven products.

•        Familiarity with product analytics and experimentation (A/B testing, funnel and usage analysis).

•        Experience with UCaaS/CCaaS or other SaaS products.

•        Familiarity with modern AI concepts, LLMs, or machine learning workflows.
