About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to own the Integration Builder—the product that enables integrations to be created, tested, deployed and managed on our Integration Platform.
Our vision is to create an integration ecosystem that makes it easy to build, share and consume integrations. Today that means enabling rapid delivery of customer-specific integrations. Tomorrow it means supporting partner-developed integrations, publicly available marketplace integrations and, ultimately, an open ecosystem where third-party developers can build, publish and potentially monetise their own integrations.
The first milestone on that journey is empowering our Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) with a world-class integration authoring experience that dramatically reduces the time and effort required to deliver customer-specific integrations. From there, the same product will evolve to support increasingly broader audiences without changing its core mission.
You’ll work closely with the Product Managers responsible for the underlying Integration Platform and the shared developer experience used across multiple builder products. Together, you’ll ensure the Integration Builder delivers an outstanding integration development experience while leveraging common platform capabilities.
This is an opportunity to shape a strategic product from its inception while helping define how integrations are created and distributed across our platform for years to come.
Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Integration Builder.
- Define the integration authoring experience, from creating and testing integrations through deployment, publishing and lifecycle management.
- Define the marketplace capabilities that enable integrations to be published, discovered, governed and managed throughout their lifecycle.
- Gather requirements from Forward Deployed Engineers, Solution Architects and internal stakeholders, translating them into intuitive product capabilities.
- Design workflows that enable rapid development of reliable, production-ready integration connectors.
- Define how the product evolves from supporting customer-specific integrations to partner-developed and publicly available integrations.
- Work closely with the Product Managers responsible for the Integration Platform and shared developer experience to ensure products evolve together while maintaining clear ownership boundaries.
- Partner with Engineering, Architecture, UX and AI teams to deliver an outstanding integration development experience.
- Develop product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritise features based on customer value, business strategy and engineering effort.
- Analyse product usage and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends in APIs, integration technologies, developer tooling, AI-assisted software development and software marketplaces.
What Success Looks Like
During your first year you will help deliver:
- The first generation of the Integration Builder for creating customer-specific integrations.
- A seamless workflow for authoring, testing, debugging and deploying integration connectors.
- Initial marketplace capabilities for publishing and managing integrations.
- A roadmap for expanding the product to support partner-developed and publicly available integrations.
- A long-term product vision for an open integration ecosystem supporting customers, partners and third-party developers.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has
- Experience managing technical software products, platforms or developer-facing products.
- A proven track record of working closely with engineering teams to deliver complex software solutions.
- Strong product discovery and requirements gathering skills.
- Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps and priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in Agile product development environments.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working successfully in a remote, distributed team.
- Experience with APIs, SDKs or developer-focused platforms.
- Knowledge of integration technologies, API-first architecture and authentication standards.
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms or developer tooling.
- Familiarity with integration platforms (iPaaS), connector frameworks or software marketplaces.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted software development, developer productivity tools or AI agents.
- Experience working with enterprise software partners or developer communities.
- Enjoy building products for technical users.
- Like creating products that enable others to build great solutions.
- Think strategically while remaining comfortable diving into technical detail.
- Enjoy solving complex workflow and usability challenges.
- Can balance short-term delivery with long-term product vision.
