Job Description

You'll manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned work groups, from identifying hiring needs through candidate selection, offer negotiation, and search closure. Your searches will span entry-level positions through specialized healthcare roles, including exempt and non-exempt positions.

Working with hiring managers and geographically dispersed teams, you'll prioritize searches, develop recruitment strategies, and guide candidates through the hiring process.

Material Employment Conditions

  • Hybrid work arrangement combining onsite work at our corporate offices in Houston, Texas, with remote work.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to define position duties and qualifications, develop recruitment strategies, and establish search priorities and timelines. Advise on hiring practices and sourcing trends.
  • Build qualified candidate pipelines through job postings, social media, job fairs, professional associations, and industry networking, including ongoing relationships with passive candidates.
  • Screen and interview candidates, guide hiring teams through candidate selection, and negotiate employment offers.
  • Provide timely, responsive communication to candidates and hiring teams, creating a positive experience for both selected and non-selected candidates.
  • Meet and exceed recruitment performance goals for time to fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance rate, and diversity of final candidate slates.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable employment laws and accurately document all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
  • Identify recruitment process inefficiencies and recommend and implement improvements.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, or demonstrated equivalent experience and/or education.
  • Experience using SmartRecruiters or another applicant tracking or HR information system, along with recruiting channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, social media, job fairs, and industry networking.
  • Ability to build qualified candidate pipelines and conduct cold calls.
  • Experience building strong business relationships with hiring managers, executives, and other decision-makers.
  • Experience with Excel, reporting, and recruitment metrics, supported by strong analytical skills.
  • Working knowledge of applicable local and regional employment laws.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including the ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.
  • Experience working with geographically dispersed, virtual teams, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple searches.
  • Solid business acumen and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick decisions amid ambiguity and changing recruitment priorities.
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive information and making decisions using sound judgment.
  • Ability to obtain a base security clearance, if required.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3 years of healthcare industry experience.
  • Experience recruiting for technical, medical, or specialized roles supporting government contracts.
  • Experience working in a large, multinational organization with a matrix reporting structure.
  • Strong sourcing and professional networking skills.

Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.
