Debt Advisory Group – Who are we? 
We are 45 people strong team of dedicated debt advisory professionals on the ground in the UK, Ireland, France and Spain.  Our team comprises of colleagues from a lender/banking background and those from a professional services/accounting background.  We are a central pillar of Interpath’s Deals practice, providing independent advice and execution across the full range of debt products and markets.

We lead this process on behalf of our corporate and private equity clients, ensuring that financing structures align with our clients’ strategic goals. Our support encompasses everything from financing options appraisal to full fund-raising processes, covering a wide array of products such as bank debt, private placement, and bonds.
