As a Graduate Associate in our M&A team, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients through their complex transactions. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the preparation of pitch documents, financial models, and valuation analyses.

• Contributing to the due diligence process and assist in drafting transaction documents.
