Total Rewards Team Lead

The Total Rewards Team Lead is responsible for administering and guiding the Company’s U.S. benefits and global compensation programs and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The position is directly responsible for ensuring operational excellence, market competitiveness, and the sustainability of compensation, benefits, and leaves of absence programs through strong collaboration and partnership with employees, managers, executives, and the global Human Resources team.

• Administers the Company’s benefit plans and policies to ensure all plans support our Company culture and are positioned to be highly competitive in the market.
• Maintains company-wide compliance with government regulations including FLSA and Equal Pay Act, DOL, wage and hour regulations, ERISA, 401(k), COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, PFML, and IRS regulations.
• Administers the Company’s leave of absence plans including STD and LTD, and ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations and statutory requirements.
• Oversees the Company’s ADA reasonable accommodation process to ensure consistent administration, effective collaboration with employees and managers, and compliance with applicable requirements.
