The final salary level depends on professional qualifications and experience. ### **Purpose and job description** We are looking for a new addition to the Information Security team in our IT department! As our new Information Security Specialist, you will mainly take care of securing the banking environment. **Other typical tasks will be:** - ensuring the implementation and continuous improvement of information security processes in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, - coordination and supervision of the security framework in accordance with DORA, ISO 27001, and group standards, - identification, analysis, and assessment of cyber and information security risks, - coordination of internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and remediation activities, - preparation of reporting for management, committees, and regulatory bodies, - creation, updating, and enforcement of security policies, standards, and methodologies, - defining and monitoring security KPI/KRI indicators, - ensuring the third-party risk management process and performing security assessments of suppliers. **What you can expect from us** - As an employee, you receive benefits that grow as you grow with us. Check out our career page and explore our wide range of benefits! ### **Required experience** - 4 years of experience in the field of information security; - Knowledge of the English language at a B2 level; - University degree in informatics, electrical engineering, or another technical field. ### **Required skills, qualifications, and knowledge** **We need you to have experience related to information security and also have knowledge in at least one of these areas:** - knowledge in the field of information security, - general overview of IT (networking, DB, authentication and authorization, monitoring, cloud services, ...), - experience with assessing security policies and rules, - ability to work fluently with English-written professional text, - presentation skills. **An advantage is:** - experience in consulting, IT audit, or banking, - knowledge of legislation relevant to the banking sector – ZoKB, PSD2, GDPR, DORA, - knowledge of security standards – ISO27001, PCI DSS, NIST 800-53, - possession of some of the certificates CISA, CRISP, ISO27001 lead auditor, CISM, SANS, AZ-500, Security+, - knowledge of software engineering and the system development life cycle. **Regarding personality characteristics, we prefer:** - integrity and honesty, - analytical thinking, - planning and organizational skills, - cultivated written and verbal expression (ability to formalize professional knowledge in written or presentation form), - ability to work in a team. **Information about the selection process** If this description caught your interest and you want to become our new VÚB member, just click on "Respond to offer" and we will get back to you.
