Position Overview:

The Bids & Proposals Specialist  coordinator is responsible for managing the administrative aspects of the proposal development process, including analyzing various State/ Government Requests for Proposals (RFPs), gathering necessary information, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and producing high-quality, polished proposal documents to be submitted to prospective clients, working closely with marketing and business development teams to meet deadlines and win new business; key dutie
