About the Role
To own the platform deployment process and its smooth day-to-day operation, contributing to platform stability, performance and continuous improvement while supporting colleagues and delivering against the area roadmap.

Platform Ownership – Take charge of the platform deployment process, ensuring its smooth operation.
Mentorship – Provide guidance and support to junior team members in handling incoming support requests.
Knowledge Sharing – Cultivate an in-depth understanding of our platform and share this knowledge with colleagues.
Performance Optimisation – Monitor platform performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
