  • Handle client escalations with minimal oversight from your manager

  • Assist your manager in guiding cross-functional stakeholders through applications changes and rollout

  • Flag areas of potential cross-product interdependencies to discuss with the broader product team

  • Plan monthly roadmaps

  • Develop pod level quarterly roadmaps with minimal support from your manager

  • Recommend product level quarterly roadmap plans for manager review

Team Leadership

  • Set clear expectations for direct reports and provide regular direct feedback with minimal support from your manager

  • Work with your manager in providing your direct reports with growth opportunities and career development guidance

About You

Required

  • 6-8 years of overall Product Management experience, including 1+ years managing and developing a team

  • Strong technical background, with familiarity in data modeling and analytics tooling

  • Comfort working directly with clients, with the ability to navigate escalations

  • Ability to handle ambiguous problem spaces

  • Business acumen, with an ability to balance product decisions against broader business outcomes

  • Attention to detail with an analytical mindset
