As a Senior Business Development Advisor in our Business & Digital Services team, you will focus on attracting new international companies to create jobs in Lithuania – from global technology and software leaders to consulting firms, digital product companies and fast-growing innovators.
We are proud to work with companies such as Nasdaq, Danske Bank, CAST AI and many other global businesses that have chosen Lithuania for high-value, technology-driven capabilities.
What will you be doing?
- Originate new investment opportunities by identifying companies with expansion potential and reaching senior decision-makers through networks, partners, events and targeted outreach.
- Own investment projects end-to-end– from first engagement and qualification through location evaluation, business-case development, executive visits and investment decisions.
- Understand companies’ strategic needs and turn them into a compelling Lithuania proposition and sales approach, covering talent, capabilities, operating environment, costs and incentives for companies considering new business services or technology h
