Product Manager

Our products help organizations in more than 70 countries streamline their IT operations, improve productivity, and deliver outstanding service experiences.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product team. This team plays a key role in the evolution of our solutions, leading discovery processes, defining functionality, and managing the entire lifecycle of new features. The role leverages AI as an accelerator while ensuring alignment with our product strategy and roadmap.

Core responsibilities

• Lead features from problem identification through launch, measurement, and iteration.
• Understand the needs of customers, users, and stakeholders, translating them into product opportunities.
• Partner with Engineering and Design/UX teams to define and deliver solutions in an agile manner.
• Use AI to conduct research, analyze information, build prototypes, and accelerate workflows.
• Prioritize initiatives based on their impact, technical feasibility, and business value.
• Define metrics to assess the quality and impact of features.
