The Role

We're looking for an Executive Automation Officer to run and automate the administrative side of our leadership team: calendar and inbox, travel, visitors and the office amongst others.

Your first job is to AI-away as much of the CEO's and the leadership team's administrative load as you can. You'll start by doing the work yourself: keeping the CEO's day sane, triaging her inbox, booking travel for the leadership team, hosting visitors and making sure the office works.
