Project Manager Electronic Security Systems

IOTA Group is recruiting a Project Manager – Electronic Security Systems for one of its partners in Switzerland.

You will lead electronic security projects involving CCTV, access control and intrusion detection, coordinating technical teams and customers from project initiation through installation, commissioning and final handover.

Job Description

You will take ownership of project delivery, ensuring effective planning, stakeholder coordination and resolution of technical issues.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Manage electronic security projects from initiation through completion and final handover.
• Develop and monitor project plans, coordinating resources, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate Engineers, Field Technicians and external partners.
• Monitor progress, risks, deadlines and technical issues, and drive corrective actions.
• Oversee installation and commissioning activities.
• Track hardware availability and anticipate supply constraints.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning and final project handover.
• Maintain project documentation and progress reporting.
